Currently residing in San Diego, CA., Nathan Ledyard creates art depicting waves and ocean scenes using a unique combination of materials and techniques that push the boundaries of two-dimensional painting. Often painting from a “surfers point of view,” Nathan’s work conveys the feeling of being in the water and a part of the sea. Nathan has always felt a strong connection with the ocean, though having grown up in rural Pennsylvania, it was always far away and intangible.
